These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VPS hosting services, cloud panel, and related features provided by Hotspace.cloud ("Hotspace", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or purchasing a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing hostspace.cloud, placing an order, or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
Hotspace provides KVM-based Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting on enterprise NVMe storage, along with a cloud panel for deploying and managing applications such as React, Laravel, and Node.js, issuing SSL/TLS certificates, managing databases, and accessing your server via SSH/SFTP.
Plans are offered as KVM 1 through KVM 4 with differing CPU, memory, storage, and bandwidth allocations as described on our pricing page.
Accounts are created and secured using phone-number verification via a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining control of the phone number associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Services are offered on monthly or multi-year billing terms (1, 2, 4, 6, or 8 years). Longer commitments receive a larger discount, which is reflected in the effective monthly rate shown at checkout. The full amount for the chosen term is charged at the time of purchase.
Because VPS resources are provisioned and reserved for you, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a service cannot be delivered as described, contact us and we will work with you in good faith. Add-on and setup fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
You agree not to use our services to host, store, transmit, or link to any content or activity that:
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to remove content or suspend services as needed to protect our platform and other customers.
Each plan includes defined CPU, memory, storage, and bandwidth limits. Sustained use that degrades the experience of other customers, or that materially exceeds your plan's allocation, may require an upgrade. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action.
We target a 99.9% network uptime and provide support through our contact channels. Scheduled maintenance may occasionally be required and, where practical, will be announced in advance. Uptime targets exclude factors beyond our reasonable control.
We may suspend or terminate your service for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or to comply with legal obligations. You may cancel your service at any time from your account or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and associated data may be deleted after a reasonable grace period.
You retain ownership of the content and data you store on your VPS. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. While we may offer backup features on certain plans, you should not rely solely on us for data retention.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hotspace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notifying you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
